If I'm typing using my Droid X and I want to type frnd, as soon as I hit the space bar it changes to fend. There seems to be no way to type frnd. How would I type frnd?

or you can backspace as soon as it corrects it and it will undo it. no need to add every word to your user dictionary

You don't have to long-press on the dx, just press frnd, which will be to the left of the red fend.

Anyway, you get the idea. Now I'm gonna go remove frnd from my user dictionary, because itvadded it when I clicked it and I don't need it. Haha!

Rather than add all words to the dictionary I just turned off auto-correct in the settings. I found it useless anyway.

    Everybody's a critic!

I found it when I first got my droid and added all of my odd words. Hey it worked for me!
