I don't see how to do it from the DX's gmail app. But, FWIW, you can do it from the web interface to your gmail account. Click settings, then the "accounts and imports" tab, then in the "send mail as" section, you can edit to set/change the reply to address.
Thanks! That did work.:icon_ banana: I was trying to do it from the Droid-X. On my gmail account the tab on the web interface is called "accounts" rather than "accounts and imports".
