How do I get rid of album and track artwork after deleting music ?

Hi, I have used SnapPea to get rid of loads of music files (and photos and videos) which I accidently downloaded before I realised I had the wrong settings.

Now if I go to my music library I still see greyed out images of the albums and track titles - can I delete these ?

PS - I should mention I don't have an SD card so these images are stored in the phone's internal memory.
