I cannot figure out how to edit the email I am forwarding. I receive the digest version from a group. I would like to edit out everything except 1 of the emails. A box appears where my signature is and where I can enter text, however editing the forwarded content has me baffled.
In the Google Mobile Page:

It says:
If you want to interleave your message with the text of the old one, you can touch Respond inline. However, this removes any attachments or formatting in the original message.
I am clueless because I do not see Respond inline anywhere.
