Well on the HTC Incredible you can make it extremely hard to answer your phone because it allows you to customize your unlock screen. Meaning instead of sliding down by default, you could set it up to where you slide right, up, down, left. But you must to send it in 4 directions, obviously I don't use it because that would be crazy. Maybe the MOTO has something like that and most people don't know about. You can also set it to tactical feedback only, so when you slide it doesn't show any lines.

That's definitely not normal. My Droid's screen activates for all incoming calls. All I have to do is slide the slider to answer. You should have your Droid checked out or swapped. Though it sounds like you picked the wrong device to begin with if you really dislike the physical keyboard that much.

It's data. Only SMS/MMS count as messages. There's no "time on the web". Minutes count for voice calls. Data is unlimited.

Um, how exactly do you expect a password to work? You have to enter a password -- that's the point of having one. If you don't want one, then don't enable it.

Ok, I understand his frustration. I had a Blackberry, with a "button". Press the button to answer the freaking phone. I love my Droid, but I HATE trying to answer it! Half the time the slide doesn't go far enough, or go at all and many times the caller is in VM by the time I get it answered. I fixed this with a Jawbone. When it rings, I tap the Jawbone and answer the phone.
It would be good to have an app that answers a call with the gold photo button. Anyone seen anything like that?

    You usually start with "Hello".

I wouldn't be offended. No idea who he was talking about, but most likely it was the original poster. And it may have been a joke about not knowing how to answer the phone. Answer it by saying "Hello!". :)

I'm pretty sure the "Hello" comment was just a little sarcasm about how to answer the phone.... literally. LOL

This thread was a total troll. All the op did was convince me he doesn't even have a droid.
