Is there something I can use to take quick notes? On my old phone I would use a text message and save as a draft. Don't know if I can do that with this phone. Thanks

The paid version of NoteEverything will do voice notes...at least I do not think the free version has this option...

The DroidX comes with a sticky-note widget. Long-press a blank area of homescreen (4x2 icons I believe) to add it.

If you just want a place to jot something down like a reminder to get milk, it works just fine. No need downloading another app...

Evernote is also a good choice. It will do audio, picture, and text notes. They sync in the cloud allowing you to access them from your computer or other web enabled devices. It's free.

Caveat: The Android version of the app does have some minor quirks. I'm hoping Evernote will catch it up with the other devices soon.

I really enjoy Whiteboard Pro. It lets you write text notes and draw notes on your home screen and choose any color for the background including semi-transparent.

I've tried a few. Evernote works best for me. Sync's flawlessly with my website account and my PC.

NoteEverythingPro

Don't recall who mentioned it, but NoteEverythingPro is indeed just about everything anyone could want from a note app.

You can keep it simple, or not. This is the absolute best app I have found for my DX to date, bar none!
