How can CM9 for Droid X be considered a Beta???

I just installed the 3/27 build of CM9. I can't even use my phone at this point. Four battery pulls and two spontaneous reboots in the last 15 minutes. Is this for real?

It's still in testing, thus a "beta."

What firmware did you come from? Wipe system as well and reflash rom.

I would expect this kind of behavior from an alpha, not a beta. The alpha on the Touchpad is running fantastic. I can't even get off the ground with the phone. It has literally rebooted at least 10 times in the last 30 minutes. I can't even touch it without it rebooting. That is not a beta if you ask me.

That's part of it being a beta... Some run smoother then others...
When I was running it I didn't have to many problems... And no reboots... But it doesn't sound like you should rebooting into recovery... Wipe everything and reinstall

TsSigh... I remember when beta meant beta.

Please don't expect beta to be 100% usable.

Please don't even expect a RC to be 100% usable.

If you want a 100% usable rom, wait for the final 'gold' version.

Btw, I am using the latest beta. It's not 100%, but it works.
