I'm nott rly using it I know I should get rid of it but I'm just too lazy lol ill do it now and I randomly found it on my wallpapers I downloaded the galaxy s theme from the list of themes on droid forums and it just happened to be there and I enjoyed it!

Bottom Icons

Being a noobie/beginner, I"ve always thought the bottom 3 icons [phone]-[Apps]-[web] were unable to be customized yet I've seen so many different looks in these screen shots. Can anyone fill me in on how to change those? Thank you in advance!

Most likely, people are using a replacement launcher, like ADW or Launcher Pro. Free versions are available from the market, and offer customization options you don't get from a stock set-up.
