So I love the look of the Launcher2, however, I hate it's instability especially with the number of widgets and live wallpaper that I use. This is my attempt to merge them together. Bascially this is the original Home launcher with the Launcher2 icons. Pull bars were made invisible and I expanded the app tray to reach the top of the screen (For whatever reason it still leaves a sliver of the home screen at top)

The tiny sliver comes from the home screen launcher button.
Since you set the button as transparent, u get the top section where the top bar is and the small sliver between it and the app drawer background as transparent.

Making it match the app drawer, would also make it show on the home screen, so it's a tough call either way.
