For on-screen text not in a text entry box:

Long press the text. A pair of selection sliders appears. Select the text you need. Long press again (or tap the selection), choose “Copy”.

    For text entry boxes:

Long press the text, choose “Copy word”. A pair of selection sliders appears. Select the text you need. Long press again, choose “Copy”.

Like I said, just long pressing is enough. You can long press a word on the web page and the text selection tool activates.

On my fascinate under the menu more option you dont have a select text key and I tried fling the long press but it only allows me to do one word word to be copied on the clipboard or to search in dictionary. Doesn't allow me to do paragraphs let alone a sentence

Sent from my SCH-I500 using DroidForums
