I'm a new Droid user and am eager to find out everything this baby can do. Though, I have to admit that I found this forum as a result of searching for solutions to several problems I'm having with my Droid 2.

Anyway, hate to start my participation with a bunch of issues and cries for help but I'm getting pretty disappointed with what I think could be one of the most awesome smartphones on the market. Help make me a believer again!
I'd really appreciate any advice you can give me on ...
- Bad pictures (fuzzy, dark...no matter what I do.)
- Problems playing music files (after I use USB charge only or mass storage, the player says my music files are not supported--even ones I buy from Amazon, directly from the phone. Pulling the battery seems to solve this each time--but who wants to keep doing that?)
- Flex View...NOT so much-- similar problem to music files. I'm a Verizon FiOS customer and being able to rent/purchase movies and watch them on my phone was a big selling point for me. But I always get an error message saying that there was a "problem" downloading. That's it.
