I'm goin out on a limb here to try to help. Your profile says your current phone is a DInc2. That is the bootloader screen, where you sbf with RSD Lite. I don't know a lot about your phone but I don't think it has a slide out keyboard like my Droid 2. I boot into bootloader by powering on from the off state while also holding down the up key on the physical keyboard. Is there a way for you to have accidentaly booted into bootloader while powering on by holding down one of your other buttons perhaps?

If powering it off and back on doesn't work, I would pull the battery and put it back in after thirty seconds or so. If that didn't work and I had sufficient charge, Id flash it.

Like I said, I would flash it, if you have enough battery.
