I decided to go back to stock. I ran odin and everything went well. I got the pass and all that. I have an issue though. My phone now only flashes the start screen. It says "samsung galaxy note 2" and will not do a thing else. i cant get into recovery. I can get into odin, but thats it. I cant even charge it! I need help in the worst way....

I'm assuming it's the stock recovery? Did you verify the md5 of the. .tar file?

Yes. I have used the same one before. It is the latest stock firmware from verizon. And yeh all is stock, but i cant even get to recovery. The only thing i can get to is odin. And now odin says fail if i try to push that tar file. :(

Ok. So I think everything is back to stock but my device status shows modified. Any way to fix that?

I think you have to use triangle away to resolve that and reset the flash count.

Modified isn't the flash counter, that is in the boot menu. The modified flag usually means root. Are you sure you didn't flash a rooted rom?

If you are not rooted then an fdr usually clears it.
