what page? And whats a good screenshot app, ive tried many and few really work?
i just tried to download a screenshot app and it said was not rooted and didnt support it.. Why is the superuser app still installed and not updating my phone?

On the about phone page, see if you can take a screen shot by holding the power and volume down button at the same time for a few seconds.

sorry about all the questions, i just downloaded the utility 1.6 and i chose option one, and it says i need to save the 6.16 update on my sd card how do i do that?

I would not proceed until you are very sure of what you are doing. You can brick your phone if you use the wrong utility. You need to know what version of Android you are using before you can know which utility to use.

Sounds like you must be on GB then. What is the system version and Android version of your phone.

You are still on GB. I am not familiar with the GB utilities for rooting but there are threads and posts on which is the best utility to use. Read as much as you can and be certain of the steps you need to take before you proceed.
