    Ok ive got a HTC thunderbolt, and it says i need to have a lower firmware version to root... HOW DO I DOWNGRADE!? This site appears helpful, but I can't find any! And nothing im posting ever gets seen! help me please

    You will need to find the files for the firmware from someone here. To be honest I'm not sure if they've been released as I don't follow the thunderbolt. You can try XDA forums as well. That's a big developer site.

    Ive got the files.. i just dont know how to work them
