    Okay. This is where it gets sticky.

    Are you running on an account on the PC that has administrator rights? Did the Show Device button do nothing when you clicked it? Does the phone charge when plugged into the PC via USB?

    Yes, my account is the only administrator account. The Show Device button did nothing and it will charge via USB when connected to the PC.

    I finally got it to work. But It doesn't have my ESN on there but it says its connected...

    Okay, thanks! I will let you know how it goes but it may take a while lol...my computer is sayin its gonna take almost an hour to download the sbf file

    It's all gray? Rename the sbf. Try stock.sbf.

    Okay. Try moving the SBF to the root of the C: drive, pointing RSD Lite at the SBF, then trying again.

    By the way, does the bootloader say that the battery is okay and it's okay to program?

    2C 7C, right?

    It did but then my battery died after it being on that bootloader page the whole time it took an hour to download the SBF file to my computer.

    Moving it to the C: Drive didn't work either.

    Is the phone powered up, in bootloader, okay to program, battery okay, and connected to the PC?
