Help With Photo Edit

I am still having troubles understanding photoshop.
Could someone so kindly cut the background out of this picture and leave just me?

Not to get all girlie on you but I had a cosmetic company take a liking to this picture and I just want to clean it up a bit

I didn't know how to use any of that stuff either until I got a free app, called Picsay , and started playing around with it, just like that plug/port thing you asked about in another thread a bit back.
It's a free app and the original isn't affected at all, just copies with your edit save and only when you want them saved.
