help with mobile network

i always switch between 3g and 4g, but everytime i go into setting now and click on mobile network it force closes. never had this problem.
I just rooted my phone and deleted some bloatware which i have done before without no issues, i also just got Titanium Backup for the first time so I am wondering if I did something that is causing this. if anyone can help thanks in advance.

I hope by 'deleting' bloatware you mean you renamed it. Titanium Backup is extremely unlikely to have caused your problem since it is being used successfully by millions. Trying to disable bloatware has definitely caused chaos for many users. You might check your list of things you de-bloated and compare it to posts that have lists of things that are safe to rename/delete.
