How To: Set Up ADB/USB Drivers for Android Devices | TheUnlockr

Thats the tutorials im going off of. They also have a youtube as well. Ive got it rooted successfully, but now Im trying to flash the ROM. It says I need to set up a SDK and thats the part thats hanging me up. I got it D/L'd, but I cant find the folder the instructions tell me to put it in. Any help!?
