Store the transitions zip file to your sd card, boot into recovery, install the zip file (but no wiping).

And if you didn't already know, you need to download the transitions update from the OP of the ROM.

Thanx for the help. I guess i did it right the first time and i just didn't notice the changes. I was thinking it was animations for switching between homescreens like on launcher pro. I'm using go launcher ex. Thanx again

So what kind of transitions are they then? I'm backing up now and getting ready to flash this rom and I'm curious about these transitions. I thought they would be for flipping between pages on the home screen.

popups and stuff like that, ie adding a widget, when a popup comes up to change a ringer, volume buttons, stuff like that. looks pretty sweet, adds to the nice animation changes that launcherpro added in.

Also, when a notification comes in, your status bar icons shift around and settle back into place again. I love love love the transition animations!

Do I need to rename the transitions.zip file to update.zip? Or install as is?

if using CWRecovery, just install it as is, if using SPRecovery, you need to rename it to update.zip

Where can I see what the animations look like? I can find the file just fine, but I have no clue what it will look like on my phone and I want to check it out before I flash it.

It's kinda like a fly in affect. Its looks awesome and I'm pretty sure you won't regret it if you flash it.
