help unrooting

    I read the instructions for how to unroot. I am getting an error that reads

    E:/sdcard/recovery/command unable to execute

    can someone help?

    I am on gtalk through web browser. bjmoore13@gmail.com

    I am fairly new to this kind of thing and need a walkthrough.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    FYI unrooting to take phone in for VZW service

    ok I installed rsd lite and drivers. now it isn't letting me connect my phone via usb. phone won't even give me mount to pc options

    Are you sure you installed the correct drivers? Check what bit your OS is running again.

    installed 32 bit because I am running xp on 32 bit

    Ok. Turn off your phone, hold up on the D pad then power on the phone, and continue to hold up on the D pad. Once it's in bootloader open up RSD lite. Is there something listed under model?

    easy way using rom manager. No need for RSD lite



    will work no matter what rom you are running

    If you followed my instructions you would be done already. But, reflash the SU app if you want to go with the ROM manager method.

    select "fix permission" in rom manager and you should be good to go

    Glad to hear it worked. If you ever have problems with your phone, remember that RSD lite is the most potent way to "cleanse" it.
