Help Syncing Facebook with Contacts

Okay. I got my Droid the other day, and it synced my Facebook contacts without me doing anything.
My phone had a defect and I had to get it replaced today. This time around, my Droid won't even register that I even HAVE a Facebook. So, could someone help me add the contacts to my phone from Facebook?

Have you logged into Facebook from your phone? (Go to Settings, then to Accounts and Sync, it should show what you are logged into. Mine, for example, shows that I am logged into Facebook, Google, and Twitter)

when you first log into your facebook app it should ask you if you want to sync contacts. if you don't do it when you first log in on accident i believe you can do it from settings within the app.
