Welcome back, your return didn't take long :)

Can you get to the recovery screen at startup?
Can you flash a different rom?
    Is your battery at 100%?
Did you do a wipe before applying the rom?
Depending upon the above can you reflash the current rom?

edit: I think you'll find "endless" is not what you are stuck in.

Let the phone fully charge, see if it still keeps rebooting. If so then do a recovery and decide if you want to reflash the current rom after doing a wipe or if you want to try a different one. Let us know how you make out.

If you're getting the Moto logo it's not totally dead. Boot in recovery.

Sad to see you go, But i hope your not blaming anyone for this.

Pull your battery out of the phone, give it a minute, press X and THEN insert the battery and turn the phone on. I had to do this once before to get out of a bad install, because inserting the battery actually started to boot the phone before I pressed the power button, meaning I missed the window to enter sprecovery.

    Give that a shot.

You seem fairly ungrateful for help, so I dont know how many people will miss you. Attitude goes a long way and you seem to have already given up.

an SBF file can flash you to stock through the bootloader. these files are not available publicly, but the devs over at alldroid may be able to help you

It definitely sucks, and for awhile I felt bad for you, but the "thanks for the crappy instructions" pretty much killed that off.

There are plenty of people here willing to help you out, but there arent too many who are willing to help someone who wont help themselves. Only a few people in the world have truly bricked their Droids, and I doubt you're one of them.

You can fix it, just dont give up until you're really ready to give up.

Don't forget that you are the one who decided to root your birthday present. You took that chance that you could brick your phone. Anyway, do try to get it fixed first before blaming others about your problem. Try what wuyanks suggested.
