    To sum up, 2 questions:

#1: Anyone ever get "Error erasing data" in recovery? Ideas? (i'm using clockworkmod)

#2: What am I doing wrong when I get this using sdk from my computer: "/sbin/sh: format: not found" (i'm not familiar with linux commands so maybe I'm in the wrong folder or something)

    A little more info

OK, well apparently formatting via sdk/adb doesn't work with clockworkmod - at least I can't get it to work. So I reflashed 99.3b. When I try to format via sdk/adb, I get this:

mtd: not erasing bad block at 0x09a60000
mtd: not erasing bad block at 0x09ae0000

So is my Droid HDD bad then? Anyone? Bueller?

Thanks for the bump. I did a complete re-flash using the Motorola RSD tool and although it did flash both times I tried it, the status was FAIL. So I'm thinking my device is jacked just a little. Now to figure out how to tell VZW that there's a hardware problem.
