Help!! Screen blank - Trying to unroot for exchange

Screen blank - Trying to do clean unroot

reboot your phone manually. At that point, pull the battery out, then boot into recovery and wipe your data and cache. Then reboot.

Do I have any trace of root?

No way to goto recovery to delete data / cache. Sceen is still blank. Flashed sbf successfully 100%. Twice.
