    Can somebody tell me how to fully wipe my droid x? I have full restored it but I still have the clockmod recovery going on. I heard about something called flashing sbf but I don't know what to do or where to find sbf or even how to flash. I just wanna start over delete everything...help

    no, i was asking if you were on the new 2.3.340 update or what ever it is, sbf will not work on that. you'd be stuck unless if youre still on 2.3.21 by chance...

    EDIT: meant 2.3.340... my bad

    yes sorry, i don't actually own a dx, i was just using the numbers based off of memory, sorry for any confusion...

    Well, even from 2.3.34 one can sbf...but there are other methods to get back to complete stock...

    We just need to know where you are in order to get you fixed up ;)

    Ok I am running android 2.2.1 and was there an ota update fir 2.3? How do I update? I also wanna go back to stock and then start all over.

    The issue is this...I had factory reset my phone I even removed the root. But everytime I reboot or boot the clockworkmod comes up. I don't want it there nomore and I want to know how I can get all my original stuff back.

    So lets says he does what that link says and gets 2.2 then if he wants to get the latest ota update could he still do that by just going to system update?
