I'm looking for a white/clear theme. I'm not quite sure how to go in and pull the apk's to change my widgets, icons, etc to get it the way I want. Didn't know if someone knew of a theme out like this that I could try or if someone could help me out creating it. Here are a few pics of some of my screens to give you an idea of what I'm trying to do.

    - Mini info widget I would like to get rid of that grey background,
    - Pandora/Slacker/Latitude/power control/youtube/calendar widget/phone
& twitter widget make them white or transparent.
    - Facebook make it transparent
    - Icons was kinda looking for a clear glass look.

    Hope this makes sense...

Most of that stuff has been done in transparent. Use that as your keyword for a search.

As far as doing white. Most of the widgets use white text. So, you would have to xml edit the text colors to somethings else.

Thanks man. I searched with transparent and a whole lot of stuff comes up so I'll have to sort through it when I get home.

I figured I'd have to xml edit the text colors. I'm just learning that stuff so I'll have to play around with it I guess.

That's what I was thinking. I downloaded the file on my computer and I can see the files there in the zip. Is there a way I can pull the .apk from the system file, replace them on my computer and push the .apk back?

Still trying to learn these kind of tricks...
