I know it's been posted before but I can't seem to find it. I am on PE 4.2 and need to update my roaming bc I keep losing 3g sporadically. If anyone can post the bypass for *228 it would be greatly appreciated.

Use *22899 instead or *228#. First auto selects 1 to program second gives you a dial pad or *228 then long press your menu key.
