I tryed to install ICS on my Incredible 2 and I did the following.
I Never diabled S-Off
I unlocked my phone using htcdev.com website to unlock the bootloader
I then dowloaded a rom file to upgrade to ICS
I had an error partway of installing the ICS
Now My phone wont turn on past Downloading files from Verizon like how it normally would if you would restore your phone
then it reboots and nothing past the htc logo
i am able to load the htc boot straper, but how to i disable S to install a new rom file
i think my backup defult rom file is currupted, cuz i try to do a factory restore but it fails.
