I need some help with trying to get my Razr fixed. Originally I had it on GB, not sure which version, and then did the OTA using wifi for ICS. After that the phone always booted to the white "droid" part AFTER the motorola screen and just freezes there. I have used several different files off the web to try to flash the phone and get it out of that state. I used matts 1.7 and also 1.81 to flash the phone.

Just recently I used matts 1.81 and the utility showed everything went well. I was able to reboot the phone and it showed me the standing droid with the gear in its stomach and the progress bar underneath it. After a couple of minutes on that screen, the phone rebooted automatically and shows the Motorola screen, and then the white droid screen...and then it GETS STUCK....aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! This is killing me!!!!!!

I would go to this thread and use the first method that is quoted from FoxKat and use Rsd lite directly with the fast boot files.
