Help me turn off Swype PLEASE

Go to Settings which is the left most button on the bottom of the DX and make sure you are on the HOME screen, Language & Keyboard, Input method, and change to mutitouth keyboard.
That should do it.

Anyone know how to turn off Gtalk service - google talk. I always stop the application in the running programs but it always comes back. Also happens with a few others.

As far as the keyboard question goes, there is a quick way to make this change. Long press on any text box and you will see several edit text choices and one of them will be "Input method" click on input method and then you will see another menu called "Select input method", from there choose the input method you desire.
