    I need some help...

I tried to use SMUpdater/DMupdater like the sticky says but it won't do anything becaues I'm on "2.1" instead of "2.0.1" or something.

Is there an easy way to get my phone back to stock? I'm having to use a ridiculously slow PDAnet connection to surf the forums...so I'm hoping someone can help point me in the right direction.

Do you have a nandroid of a 2.0.1 ROM saved? If so, flash that, then use the unroot option.

I saved a nandroid of when I was running DroidMod for this very purpose.

Poster #1, are you getting an error message? And what rom are you using? I've gone back to stock using dmupdater from 3 different 2.1 versions of bugless best on 2 different phones. Only issue is a cycle of force closes that requires a battery pull after stock is flashed and then i simply booted into recovery and did a factory reset and wiped the cache partition.

Poster #2, does dmupdater give you the option to root your phone? If it does, I'd go ahead and let it run that process and then proceed with returning to stock.
