help installing fission

So I'm a bit of a noob... Romer v7? Where do I get that? And is Fission 2.5.7 okay for the D2G or do I need another version? Again thank you for your time with helping.

Thank you for the help! As soon as my girlfriend lets me get my hands on her phone again I'll do this.

I have another question: Why is it that the D2G is so different then the D2? Is it because of the kernal being locked differently or does it have to do with the phones 2 different radios for CDMA and GSM? I'm really curious. Thanks again for all of your help!

Its the different radios and the fact that none of the devs have them besides us.
