Help, I lost a paid app

My phone was getting a bit laggy, so I did an FDR on it...did all the backups and everything, but when I restored the apps, it failed to restore one of my paid apps (I paid $20 for this one). I couldn't get it to show up on Google Play so I downloaded Appbrain and it finally found it. I tried to reinstall it and it says "this app is no compatible with this device". Uhhhh, it was yesterday...so what happened? It downloaded to my Thrive tablet just fine...but won't reinstall to my Razr...any ideas?

How much memory does it take up?? Try moving some apps to your SD card..in manage apps, under downloads.. you may find some apps that can be moved.. tap on the app and see if "move to SD card" pops up..

Could this be due to my upgrade to ICS? I've not used the app in a couple of weeks...and have did the ICS thing since then.
