HELP! how can I remove the new OTA?

Ever since that update... My galaxy s3 has been turning off on its own and glitchy as ever!

Please someone tell me and others having the same problem, How to remove that update.

It's update 4.0.4

Have you tried a FDR ? (Factory Data Reset) Typically that takes care of post OTA update glitches and many glitches in General.
