Okay I am completely new to this, I have verizon and I really want to run this blackboard app for my school and from what I see is you made this possible?? And when you say install like any other app.... i do not follow seeing i download the apps from the app store.... please help and thanks in advance
By install like any app, he means you can use a file manager to browse to the apk on your sdcard, click and install via app manager. Download the apk, put on your sdcard, get a file manager (like Astro which is free) and navigate to where you put it on sd.
Sometimes, an app must be pushed into system in order to 'install', but that's not the case with this one which is why he said the normal way.
just an update-
version 1.2 no longer runs on verizon as far as I can tell (worked for about a week).
Version 1.5.2 is out now. Any chance it could get similarly fixed?
Thank you for your hard work,
I've been trying to use this app on my Droid Eris on Verizon. The app is available in the Market but won't let me connect to my school because I'm not on Sprint. Is there a way to spoof my carrier so it think i'm on Sprint?
I tried the unlocked apk. It worked for a few days but it seems to be not working any longer due to a new version being released. Any chance it can be checked out? I would buy you some beer.
Agreed, looking for the newest version if possible.
Blackboard Learn 1.5.2 Unlocked for all phones
Awesome! It works perfectly, your work is greatly apprecaited.
Thanks, X! Finally works on my Droid X...unfortunately, it looks like Emory University hasn't enabled it yet lol.
The blackboard app is no longer working, unable to log in. Could you please take a look at it and see if you can make it work again?
