help - error - app is sending to many messages

I get this error after texting a lot to multiple people on my RAZR xt912 rooted jellybean. How do I stop that error? I hit allow and it comes up after every text I send until I restart. Everything's stock but I am rooted and over clocked with motomizer. Yes texting app is stock.
