Help! Bad kernal?

I just isntalled cehvy's 1ghz 5 slot low volt kernal and now I turn on the phone and it says I have no battery! it won't connect to anything because of it. It had full battery right before I installed it. I don't know what to do or how to go back cause I can't put another update.zip on it till it lets me connect.

To make a long story short I fixed it using a simple nandroid restore. (rooted this phone from insurance replacement previous phone was rooted) Apparently restores are stored on the sdcard WOOHOO!
