Is there a way to turn off the notification sound when you are on a call and another call is coming in? I'm tired of getting inappropriately mad at the innocent caller for calling. Ha

That's a provider option. Check your account on their site and might be able to uncheck the box, not sure if its delete-able or not. Just ignore the sound and your caller will go to your voice mail. The caller your talking to at the time cannot hear the noise.
