    pulled from the motoroi rom and heavily modified

    enjoy


    for those who need install help

    in command prompt of the adb tools directory paste/type
    Code:
    adb push bootanimation.zip /data/local
    adb reboot
    or from terminal emulator (thanks woodyman)

    Code:
    su
    cp /sdcard/bootanimation.zip /data/local/bootanimation.zip
    reboot
    now bask in the glory of your new bootanimation, you hacker you

    if you dont like it, and want to hurt my feelings, run this to remove
    Code:
    adb shell
    rm /data/local/bootanimation.zip

    do you happen to have a link to a tutorial on how to get to adb and all that fun stuff so that i may bask in your bootanimation glory?

    ok ive been at it for about an hour and a half dl'd read followed and installed drivers still not working just lost!

    heres an easier way to flash boot animations.. :)
    this is done from terminal emulator on your droid..

    su
    cp /sdcard/bootanimation.zip /data/local/bootanimation.zip
    reboot

    I HAVE THIS COMPLETE TUTORIAL ALONG WITH MANY OTHERS AT THE WEBSITE LISTED IN MY SIGNITURE.. ALSO HERES ANOTHER LINK.. :) PLEASE CHECK OUT THE SITE..

    I'm sure at some point I'll need ADB but sometimes the "harder" way really is way easier :)

    yes ADB takes awhile to understand, it took me about a day to set it up to actually run, and about another day or two before i actually understood how it worked.. then another daybefore i actually got it to work, lol, but after that its very simple..

    hey just use root explorer from the android market just put it on your sdcard as bootanimation.zip then open up root explorer click on your sdcard find the bootanimation.zip file then long press until the options popup then select copy after that hit you back button scroll up to the data folder and click on it then scroll down to the local folder click the local folder then click the paste button and your done when you reboot you will have your new bootanimation enjoy this one looks great!!
