New user here. I already have a question:

I'm not getting a data connection. Where would I look to determine if I went into my phone and configured something wrong/off/etc.? Is there a troubleshooting guide somewhere?

Have you attempted a battery pull (or hard reset if you are using the Razr or Maxx) and then reboot to see if that helps...
