Joined this site due to "official" tech support google/verizon/etc sources always defaulting to "Do a factory reset" at the first sign of trouble. I'm a power user and I am not willing to inconvenience myself to that level just to do their troubleshooting for them. (F.R. has never once solved a support problem for me.)
