just got my droid x about 3 weeks ago and i love it!!!! i doubt i will ever fully master it though. lol

does anyone know how to delete the downloaded icons in the top left hand corner of the droid x? they are black circles with a green arrow pointing downward. i have exhausted all other efforts.lol

Can you "drag" down the notification panel (by putting your finger at the top of the screen and pulling down) and select "clear"

Hello and welcome to the site...

As Tparker indicates, just long press and drag down towards the trash can that appears - both the icons and trash but turn red for the deletion to be successful.
