    Recently we updated the cell phone service for our small city. As part of the upgrade many ofour users were offered and elected to with the Android platform with the HTC Incredible mobile devise. Seeing as I am the technology person for the city I am point of contact for questions and support issues. I am also the person Verizon recognizes as the City’s point of contact so unfortunately all questions to Verizon have to go through me.
    I do not have a droid devise myself so any help I can get to help support my users is greatly appreciated.
    Now for my first question… Has anyone had a problem with the menu button on the Incredible not opening anything? When the menu button is pushed all we get is a brief vibration almost as if the button has been disabled.
