So I finally got a droid after days of research. This is my first android phone and I love it. I had the blackberry tour before this one and had to upgrade for faster internet and the apps. I am still trying to make my droid my own, with apps and other tweaks here and there. Wish it had a speed dialer, but guess what theres apps for that. lol

Welcome to the Forum...

Long press on the screen and hit shortcut, You have the option to make a speed dial icon.

And in a few days you'll be like whats a Blackberry....

Welcome to the forums!! Yeah or you could use the Voice Dial feature....just hold down the search button (the magnifying glass at the bottom) and say "call (whoever)" and it will either give you the option to call them or call them for you I don't remember.....
