Title says it all. When I'm running the video output to my TV the screen goes blank for a second or two. I'm travelling right now so I can't do too much to troubleshoot the problem. I'm using the Amazon version MHL adapter and the Verizon stock charger plugged into the adapter.

Sometimes disconnecting the charger can bring it right back sometimes not, I'm hoping it's the adapter and not the GN.... I'm getting close to the 30 days on the phone so I'm getting a little nervous about getting a quick return on the phone.
When the problem occurs the screen on the phone stays fine it never goes blank, its just the TV screen, and it usually starts working OK in a second or two.
Anyone else experience a problem with the HDMI output?
