I've been there before

The item you need is available from Brodit, a company that specialises in mobile phone in car solutions.
They are a little pricey but they ae well made and having fitted their kit in the past 4 of my vehicles, I've never had a problem.
just Google Brodit and you will find them, then just enter the model phone and you will find a choice of either passive or active plug-in or,(what you need), hard-wired versions.
I can recommend the proclip mounts too.

I also recommend ProClip (Brodit's US Company Name). I have used them for my last 3 devices and two different cars. Great quality, always works... I've been to there sales location when they were in Northern Illinois, they now moved to Madison, WI. The people were great!
