Recently developer "Beuaps" has developed a one click app that will apply the bootloader unlock exploit allowing you to use the HTCdev site to finish the process of unlocking the bootloader. Developer "Hansoon2000" has gone a step further. He has updated his Toolkit to include the new SuperCID hack as well as the new Check CID feature. This makes the process even easier. There are a few other notable features including a way to flash RUU files, and a way to relock the bootloader so you can return your device to factory settings if need be. Overall a pretty neat toolkit that wraps everything you need into one convenient place.
