Handcent sms and attachments

Hello, first time poster.

I have a question to the handcent experts out there. A friend says he sent a text message with a picture but nothing seems to show up other then the text. What am I missing.

This site has been awesome since I've only had the phone for a few days.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
