droid 2. not rooted. my handcent app is showing multiple contacts when I send a message to one person. when the list comes up of all the people i have been texting, there is one particular person it shows like 4 different people for like i sent a group message. I have deleted it multiple times and have even tried to delete the contact. with the contact deleted, it still shows up their name and all the other people also. it does it even if i type just the # in without a contact and when they reply it does it again. help me out please.
I have been messing with my phone and the factory text program is doing it also. Like I said earlier I once again deleted the contact completely and there is no trace of the number anywhere in my phone, calls or text. it is still doing the same when I enter the number manually.
